It’s good to hear na maganda ang feedback at ratings ng The Wedding nina Anne Curtis, Derek Ramsay at Zanjoe Marrudo, na gabi-gabing napapanood sa ABS-CBN Primetime Bida.
Talbog nito ang kalabang show sa Siyete, huh! Mula sa comparative TV ratings ng ABS-CBN and GMA-7 programs mula June 30 to July 2, base sa overnight ratings of AGB Nielsen Philippines among Mega Manila households, noong June 30 (Martes), 20.3% ang nakuha ng The Wedding, kumpara sa Cruel Love ng GMA-7.
Last July 1 (Wednesday), 20.2% ang The Wedding at 18.4% ang Cruel Love.
Although kinabuka-san (July 2, Huwebes) ay nakabawi ang Cruel Love with 19.1% while The Wedding had 17.2%.
Pero happy ang production staff ng The Wedding dahil bukod sa original Pinoy romantic-comedy ang handog nila, mas maraming araw sa buong week sila mas mataas kaysa sa kalaban.
Kumbaga, matinding “bakbakan” pa rin ang GMA and ABS-CBN shows for the primetime supremacy sa Mega Manila, ayon sa lehitimong AGB Nielsen Philippines, kung saan mas maraming malalaking kumpanya ang nagsu-subscribe.
Very happy siyempre sa balitang ito ang tatlong stars ng show, lalo na ang dalawang director na sina Jeffrey Jeturian and Mae Cruz.
At siyempre, ang executives-in-charge sa production na sina Enrico Santos and Raymund Dizon.
“Nagbunga rin ang efforts namin and it’s worth the long wait,” masayang sabi naman ni Anne.
